with BC wines having more darker fruit.

In my opinion, Kacaba Vineyard has the
the best Cabernet Franc in Ontario. Kacaba's 2003 Cabernet Franc is absolutely great. The 2003
should be put down for at least 3-5 years to allow it reach its prime drinking age. This is one
of the few Ontario wines that could be cellared for 10 years.

it is most often used in Mertiges or other bordeaux style blends
