Custom wine labels are placed on a wineries wine so it seems to be
coming from you. One of the most common places for this is at weddings.
It makes more sense to 'custom label' more expesive win because custom
labels can be expensive.
What are other names for custom labelling?
Other names are 'private labelling', 'white labelling, and many more. There
are quite a few wineries in Canada that provide 'private labelling'. One of

How important are label in wine sales?
Everyone has gone to a wine store and picked a wine for no other reason
than they liked the label. A wine label can be hugely important in a cosumers
decision to pick a wine. Some reports say over 70% of wines are choosen by their label.
Where can I get a wine label designed?
Larger ad agencies will provide full service design consultants but they can be
very expensive. Other route would be find a local artist who you feel can represent
you wine properly. A good friend of mine in California has been doing wine labels
on the side for a few years. His comments, "I will never get rich designing wine
labels but there is no better feeling than seeing your label on a friends table!".
