Do I have to use a particulare wine glass for each wine?

No! You would need alot of storage space to have all different types of wine glasses. Not to mention the money all those glasses. To save space and money I recommend you buy a set of bordeaux glasses, chardonnay glasses, champange glasses, port glasses, and some cognac glasses. This will cover off just about any wine you want to serve.
