Making wine at home has been done for centuries. In this day and age wine
making kits, recipes, and wine making stores provide easy ways for people
to make their own wine.
Most people expect homemade wine to be...well homemade tastings! But this
isn't always the case, today there are huge amounts of top quality grapes which
people can buy to make their own wine. The result, top quality wine are being
made my "amature" wine makers...I think this is a great trend!
Where can I make my own wine?
There are wine making stores in every town and city in Canada. Toronto, the city where I live,
seems to have a wine making store in every neighbourhood. There are also kits that
allow you to make wine at your home. These wine making kits can be found in the same
wine making stores.

Are there wine making recipes?
For every family that brews homemade wine there is a unique wine recipe. Recipes for
almond wine, blueberry wine, strawberry wine, and many more. There isn't many
recipes for grape wine!
How many type of homemade wine kits are there?
There are three types of kits. The starter kit with all of the components you
will need to make wine. A replacement kit, has all of the item that get "used up"
while you are making wine. Finally, wine juice kits which offer different types
of grape juice used in the wine making process.
