The Cabbagetown neighbourhood is bordered to the north by Bloor St, to the
west by Sherburne St, the the east by the DVP, and the south border is Gerrard St.

Cabbagetown is a beautiful neighborhood and one of the oldest in Toronto. With 100 year old
homes and tree line streets it is hard to beleive it is located walking distance
to downtown Toronto. This is a historic neighbourhood so all changes to the exterior
of a house are tightly controlled!
What is the average home price in Cabbagetown
Cabbagetown is one of the most expensive areas to by a home in Toronto. In 2006,
the average house price was just under $550K CND. Price in 2007 have seen a
continued increase as this area becomes more popular.
