Where is Rosedale located in Toronto?

The Rosedale neighbourhood is bordered to the south by Bloor St, to the west by Avenue Rd, the the east by the DVP, and the north border is St. Claire.

What are the demographics of Rosedale

Rosedale is a beautiful neighborhood and one of the oldest in Toronto. With massive estates and tree line streets it is hard to beleive it is located walking distance to downtown Toronto.

What is the average home price in Rosedale

Rosedale is one of the most expensive areas to by a home in Toronto. In 2006, the average Rosedale house price was just under $900K CND. Then in 2007, the price of homes in Rosedale continued to increase. The most expensive Rosedale home sold for $7 million and the cheasest house sold for $995,000.

What is the average condo price in Rosedale

In 2007, there were over 130 condos sold in Rosedale. The Rosedale condo prices sold for between $277,000 and $2.3 million.

Real Estate in Rosedale is at a premium... real estate is such a premium that many times people will buy a $1 million dollar house and knock it down to build a mansion.

Is there a 'top ten list' for the best Rosedale Mansions? This is a great question. We don't currently have a list but we are working on building a list of mansions in Rosedale that are must see; at least from the outside.

Where is North Rosedale?

It is, not surprisingly, north of Rosedale and was built in once a bridge was built across the Park Drive Ravine. The Park Drive Ravine is the southern most boundry for North Rosedale. The western boundry is Mount Pleasent Road while the eastern boundry is the Don Valley. The northern boundry is the CP Tain Track just north of Summerhill Ave.

How many homes are located in North Rosedale?

There are 917 residential properties in North Rosedale. Over 50% of the homes in North Rosedale have historical designation. North Rosedale is attempting to be come name a historical district; in which case, it will be very difficult to have any more then 917 homes in this area. This will make real estate in this area very expensive.
